How I help you…

As the pelvic floor has so many functions, I believe that a holistic approach to treatment is the only way to address pelvic health.

Meeting people where they are is the first step to building a plan. In my office, there is never any judgment, assumption, or expectation. We start slow and intentionally to work towards what is most important to you

Addressing your pelvic health can sometimes feel very helpless and embarrassing but it doesn’t have to.

You don’t need to have already started exercising before you come, you don’t need to know all of the anatomical structures before we talk.

  • you can cry

  • you can swear

  • you can say butthole.

  • This is a safe space.

I’m here to work through all of your issues with you - no matter how long they’ve bothered you or how severely they affect your life.

You don’t have to live with a body that isn’t at its best. You deserve to feel in control, strong and capable.

I am your guide. You’re the one doing all of the hard work, I’m here to support you in finding the best version of yourself while also crushing your goals into oblivion.

…Even if those goals are to have confidence in your bladder while watching Amy Schumer stand up.

Want to know WHY I do what I do?

My first pregnancy rocked me. Physically, emotionally and in literally every aspect of my life.

I didn’t know what I didn’t know going into that first pregnancy and birthing experience. I thought I’d figure things out afterwards, that birth was “natural and unpredictable” so why would I bother preparing at all.

I can confidently say that I was wrong, and can see now how specific preparation would have put me in a much better place postpartum as I navigated motherhood.

I didn’t have the supports I needed in place for me physically, emotionally or for the new family that I was creating. I learned the hard way how to navigate painful pregnancy, birthing a baby from my body, tearing, recovering, painful sex, returning to exercise and how to just feel like myself again!

I am here to make that journey easier for YOU.

I’ve now had the pleasure of supporting hundreds of women in their own journey to motherhood.

There is no “quick and easy” when it comes to what your mind and body will go through in pregnancy and postpartum. Pregnancy can be nearly 10 months long, and postpartum, my friend, is the rest of your life.

I am here to help you build the foundation you need to navigate motherhood with confidence and strength whilst also giving yourself some much needed grace.

Empowering you to take hold of your own health as you step into this new role is my life’s work. I will guide you over your biggest hurdles until we reach your goals.

Together, we will conquer the mountains in motherhood.
